About The Position

C-4 Analytics is a rapidly expanding, privately held digital marketing company specializing in assisting automotive dealerships to boost sales, increase market share, and reduce customer acquisition costs. To support its ongoing growth, C-4 Analytics is investing in a robust Talent Acquisition team. They are seeking a Recruiter (Sourcing-Focused) who excels in a dynamic setting and is motivated by building candidate pipelines, engaging with potential hires, and filling various roles. This position is well-suited for an individual who possesses strong sourcing skills combined with the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
  • Experience hiring for sales, customer-facing, or high-volume roles is a strong plus
  • Comfortable proactively reaching out to candidates and building pipelines from scratch
  • Proficiency using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and outreach tools
  • Curious, resourceful, and persistent in finding talent
  • Able to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Bias toward action and results
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and hiring teams effectively
  • Team-oriented, with a willingness to jump in where needed

Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle recruiting for high-priority roles across Sales, Client Services, and other business functions
  • Manage active requisitions with clear prioritization and consistent pipeline health
  • Flex across different role types as hiring needs evolve
  • Proactively source and engage candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and creative outreach strategies
  • Build strong, consistent pipelines across multiple roles—not just rely on inbound applicants
  • Re-engage past applicants and leverage internal databases to maximize existing talent pools
  • Run intake meetings to align on role requirements and candidate profiles
  • Provide market feedback on candidate availability, compensation expectations, and hiring challenges
  • Ensure timely feedback and smooth interview processes
  • Conduct phone screens and guide candidates through the hiring process
  • Maintain clear, timely communication throughout
  • Help close candidates by understanding motivations and addressing concerns
  • Maintain accurate data and pipeline tracking within the ATS
  • Monitor pipeline health and adjust strategies as needed
  • Contribute to improving recruiting processes and efficiency
