The R&D Recruiter plays a vital role in building Intapp's engineering and product innovation teams. You'll partner with engineering, product, and data leaders to source, screen, and hire talented software engineers, data scientists, platform engineers, and other technical specialists. Your work directly impacts Intapp's ability to deliver governed AI solutions—the engineers you help hire will build core platform capabilities, drive product velocity, and shape the future of how professional firms manage AI and data at scale. Your day-to-day will blend technical recruiting expertise with strategic partnership. You'll manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering and technical product roles, build pipelines through technical networks and communities, conduct initial technical assessments or pair with hiring managers on technical screening, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and manage onboarding. You'll work closely with R&D leadership, understand technical requirements at a conceptual level, stay current with hiring trends in the engineering market, and maintain a bias toward quality and long-term culture fit. You'll bring recruiting acumen, technical fluency, communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment.
