About The Position

This position is contingent upon the modification of the current RMT contract and the award of Option Year Three (3). The projected start date is 3 August 2026. Five years of successful military recruiting experience (or have obtained a Master Badge if prior ARNG or Army recruiter (or equivalent from another branch of service))
Preferably served in a leadership position with any Recruiting Command (any branch of service) as at least a Team Leader, or equivalent (typically a senior E6 or E7).
Must complete 48 hours of in-person training per month
Normal hours: 0730–1700, Monday–Friday (excluding Federal holidays), though flexibility is required
Valid state issued Driver’s License and automobile insurance required
NACLC and POSTA Screening Required

Nice To Haves

A college degree is preferred but not required for RMTs
Previous experience as an ARNG RR 1SG or NCOIC
Prior experience as an RRBN Master Trainer
Background in RRBN Operations or as a MEPS Guidance Counselor

Responsibilities

Plays a critical role in the development, coaching, and mentoring of Recruiting and Retention Non-Commissioned Officers (RRNCOs) within the Army National Guard.
Serves as a subject matter expert in recruiting processes and techniques.
Responsible for assessing individual and team performance.
Developing and delivering structured training programs.
Fostering continuous professional growth to enhance recruiting and retention success.
Requires dynamic leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching and guiding others in a fast-paced, result-driven environment.
