Recruiter - Marketing
About The Position

As a Recruiter, you will partner with our Marketing leaders to recruit passionate, driven talent to join our world-class marketing organization. You will have high visibility and a direct impact on marketing recruiting for current and future offices, working in collaboration with high-impact teams. This role will report into our Recruiting Manager. We are committed to a thriving in-office culture. This role requires that you be on-site at our HQ in San Mateo, CA 5 days a week.
Requirements
- 3+ years of successful full-cycle recruiting experience at a strategic search firm, a startup or equivalent.
- Strong ability to influence with data.
- Ability to navigate and push through adversity in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
- Experience managing multiple internal competing priorities.
- Commitment to excellence and finding the top 1% of candidates.
- Willingness to go above and beyond for the candidate experience.
- Executive presence, coupled with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle end-to-end recruiting (sourcing, screening, process driving, and closing).
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders in marketing and across the company.
- Create the framework and gather market data to assist in launching net new positions.
- Think outside of the box to engage with top talent
- Track and document candidate communications in ATS (Greenhouse).
- Deliver a high-touch, high-quality, transparent, and honest candidate experience.
