About The Position

TES Staffing, a locally owned and community-driven recruiting firm, is looking for a Recruitment & Talent Acquisition professional to join our team, focused exclusively on K-12 education staffing. This role is dedicated to supporting our education division, partnering with public and private schools across the region to place professionals in roles ranging from special education and teaching staff to classroom support and everything in between. The position involves high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for K-12 school-based roles, building strong candidate pipelines, and partnering closely with school districts to understand hiring needs. The role requires screening, interviewing, and matching candidates efficiently while maintaining quality and candidate experience within a collaborative, high-performing team.
