About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter II to join our team, focusing on sourcing for Automation & Engineering and Real Estate & Facilities job families. The team is expanding due to the departure of several tenured sourcers, creating an immediate need for experienced recruiting support. This role will support both exempt and non-exempt hiring across various positions, including Area Maintenance Managers, Maintenance Planners, Technicians, and specialized roles such as Quality Refrigeration Specialists. The position involves managing high-volume requisitions and working under tight deadlines to ensure staffing for both existing sites and new site launches.

Requirements

3+ years of sourcing experience.
Strong sourcing capabilities, including advanced Boolean search techniques.
Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles.
Proven ability to engage candidates in competitive talent markets.
Bachelor's degree required.

Nice To Haves

Experience sourcing candidates in rural or geographically challenging locations is highly preferred.
Strong interest in long-term opportunities with the potential for permanent conversion.
