This role partners with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, sources and screens candidates, coordinates interviews, supports pre-employment steps, and helps move candidates efficiently through the hiring process. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
