About The Position

We are seeking a Recruiter II to support recruiting and hiring activities for hourly, manufacturing, administrative, and other assigned positions. This role partners with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, sources and screens candidates, coordinates interviews, supports pre-employment steps, and helps move candidates efficiently through the hiring process. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required
  • 2 to 4 years of recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources experience preferred.
  • Experience working with temporary staffing agencies or in high-volume hiring environments preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office applications preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred.
  • Working knowledge of recruiting, interviewing, selection, and onboarding practices.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications; experience with Paycom or similar systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Source, recruit, screen, and interview candidates for assigned positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Coordinate with temporary staffing agencies and support workforce fulfillment and reporting.
  • Review applicant qualifications and guide qualified candidates through the interview process.
  • Schedule interviews, coordinate interview teams, and collect feedback.
  • Support pre-employment activities, including employment eligibility and background check coordination consistent with company practices and applicable law.
  • Communicate job duties, schedules, compensation, benefits, and career opportunities to candidates.
  • Prepare and extend offers and communicate hiring decisions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate recruiting, onboarding, and staffing records in HR systems.
  • Track recruiting metrics, open positions, fill status, and onboarding progress.
  • Support process improvement in recruiting coordination, onboarding workflows, and staffing activities.
  • Provide support for general HR activities and other duties as assigned.
