The Recruiter II is responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies and overseeing onboarding efforts, in support of hiring qualified talent for the organization. In this role, the Recruiter will achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating applicants, advising hiring managers, and maintaining accurate statuses within our applicant tracking system (ATS). They will oversee the licensing process for new hires, re-hires, and renewals to ensure proper execution and compliance as needed. This position does not have any gaming related activities and has no access to gaming equipment or secure gaming areas. Nothing in this description shall be interpreted to permit this position to make discretionary decisions or long-range policy determinations that impact gaming facility operations.
