About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or related area.
• Proficiency in recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in passive candidate recruiting.
• Proficient in Excel.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in tech company or Fortune 500 preferred.
• Former recruiters from similar clients preferred.
• Sourcing experience in corporate or technical roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and check references for new employees.
• Make offers and conduct orientation sessions for new hires.
• Perform exit interviews and process employee status changes.
• Engage in high-volume candidate sourcing and deliver results quickly.
• Focus on sourcing rather than full life cycle recruitment.
• Interact with recruiting peers and management teams.
• Utilize internal AI tools for recruitment processes.
• Meet weekly and monthly targets and metrics.
