About The Position

Talent Solutions RPO is seeking a Recruiter to support a key client's business needs. This role focuses on understanding talent, helping others develop, and connecting their skills to meaningful work. The Recruiter will utilize strong communication, organizational, and technology skills to manage all aspects of recruitment and provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients. This is a Remote, W2 contract position recruiting for salaried and hourly manufacturing skilled trade roles. The ideal candidate will have high volume experience and the ability to handle 40-60 requisitions concurrently while recruiting for multiple locations across different time zones.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience
  • Proven experience recruiting for both salaried and hourly positions across a manufacturing workforce.
  • Demonstrated success managing a high-volume requisition workload, with responsibility for 40+ open requisitions simultaneously.
  • Ability to effectively recruit and engage candidates across multiple time zones.
  • Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills in a fast-paced environment.

  • Improve the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and build a growing and diverse candidate pipeline through creative research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns.
  • Exceed client expectations and expand sphere of influence within client portfolio to build loyalty and expand opportunities.
  • Efficiently and accurately screen and assess candidates to advocate on their behalf for career opportunities.
  • Remove barriers and ensure candidates are equipped with the information and tools to prepare them for successful employment.
  • Drive client satisfaction and loyalty by delivering on commitments and providing an exceptional hiring experience.
  • Positioned as an expert in the world of work, constantly refreshing knowledge of in-demand skills and advising both candidates and clients through various platforms.
  • Understand and educate clients on the dynamics of the local market, labor, and workforce management.
