About The Position

This is a full-cycle recruiting role supporting mid to senior-level requisitions across Samsung Electronics America business units. The role involves partnering with Hiring Managers, HRBPs, and key stakeholders to attract and secure top talent. The recruiter will leverage Workday ATS, LinkedIn, CRM, and sourcing best practices to identify hard-to-find passive talent. Additionally, the role requires consulting on competitive offer construction using compensation tools, market intelligence, and candidate motivations, and driving diversity recruitment strategies while championing consistent interviewing and hiring practices across business units.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant Recruiting experience (Required)
  • Highly proficient at finding hard-to-find talent through LinkedIn and attracting passive talent (Required)
  • Experience with recruiting tools including ATS, CRM, Referrals, etc. (Required)
  • Proven experience partnering with internal stakeholders to support their hiring needs (Required)
  • Advanced problem-solving skills and in-depth understanding of the Talent Acquisition function (Required)
  • Proven track record of influencing and navigating organizational boundaries, building strong partnerships with all levels of stakeholders (Required)

Responsibilities

  • Execute full cycle recruiting against strategic mid to senior-level requisitions within Samsung Electronics America business units
  • Interview and evaluate candidates utilizing consistent templates, behavior-based interview, and assessment techniques
  • Present pre-screened candidates to management utilizing a consistent process; escalate sourcing challenges as appropriate
  • Demonstrate diversity awareness and utilize sourcing techniques that reach diverse populations; actively champion diversity recruitment strategies
  • Consult with Hiring Manager, HRBP, and key stakeholders to create competitive offers utilizing tools, benefits, and compensation data
  • Move candidates through recruitment steps and statuses in Workday; resolve routine concerns or escalate complex recruitment issues
  • Develop action plans for aging requisitions and keep management informed of progress in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with Function Leaders, HR Business Partners, and other support teams to achieve alignment and shared vision of success
  • Drive adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices across business units to facilitate talent acquisition productivity
  • Partner closely with internal teams - Recruiting Operations, Legal, Total Rewards - to ensure proper risk management and compliance
