The "Senior Recruiter, Federal Clients" will support delivery of Talent Acquisition full life cycle recruiting to multiple federal clients. You will be charged with building client relationships with a high-touch, personalized candidate experience across the sector. We are looking for a high-energy, strategic, innovative professional who is progressive and can operate from the front by being authentic, agile, connected and technologically bold in all areas of recruiting. Candidates should be comfortable in a high-paced ops-tempo, strong understanding of OFCCP guidance, strong sourcing and market understanding, attention to detail driven, and laser focused on being a true talent partner while supporting and filling extremely difficult cleared positions with federal clients within SLA. Key responsibilities: Full life cycle recruiting for consultant, professional, and technical roles supporting the following clients: Intelligence Community, Department of Justice, Department of State, Department of Homeland Security, Department of Defense. Experienced talent acquisition focuses on aligning candidates who bring previous knowledge and expertise to our expanding Public Sector portfolios. Act as a recruiting Subject Matter Expert within our Defense & Security (D&S) Segment. Work with recruiting leads and internal stakeholders supporting a tailored recruiting approach to exceed client and candidate expectations. Serve as a “Guidehouse Brand Ambassador” to expand our external talent acquisition footprint to build the Guidehouse brand. Contributes to or manages large projects or processes, with limited guidance or oversight. Identifies and incorporates moderate improvements to guidelines and processes to enhance performance.
