About The Position

Responsible for managing the recruitment process for entry level and/or high volume positions within the Corewell Health system, delivering strong slates of qualified, diverse candidates to hiring managers. Ensures exceptional experiences for all Corewell Health applicants.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Human Resources, Business or related field
• Two or less years of experience gained through knowledge/skills/abilities in administrative or customer service experience.

Nice To Haves

• Background in recruiting environment, to include interviewing, networking, and qualifying talent or other human resources experience.

Responsibilities

• Consults with hiring managers to understand position specific requirements.
• Ensures timely and accurate posting of positions, applicant review, and submission of applicants for hiring manager consideration, within the Applicant Tracking System.
• Appropriately screens applicants to ensure qualifications and availability, in accordance with Affirmative Action requirements.
• Provides applicants complete and accurate information and communication.
• Coordinates hiring events (“blitzes”) for assigned areas to drive efficiency and timeliness of hires.
• Works with Talent Selection Supervisor, Recruiter or Sourcer when there is a limited number applicants for any requisition or area. Supervisor, Recruiter or Sourcer will assist in developing a strategy to build additional talent pools.
• Facilitates offers of employment and initiates onboarding process.
• Assures that all information is processed accurately and timely, and in compliance with all requirements/regulations.
• Participates in career fairs or other recruiting-related events.
