This is not a passive, post-and-pray role. We need a hunter: someone who thrives in competitive markets, is not afraid to pick up the phone, and has a track record of filling hard-to-find clinical roles in underserved and rural geographies. You will own the full-cycle recruitment of Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and other APP roles across Curana Health's growing footprint. Many of our most critical openings are in rural communities where traditional sourcing strategies fall short. Success in this role requires creative outreach, persistence, and the ability to build genuine relationships with clinicians who are not actively looking.
