Advanced Practice Providers - Palliative Care
About The Position
Franciscan Physician Network is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with Palliative Care experience for an Inpatient position at Franciscan Health Lafayette East campus to meet the growing demands for Palliative Care services. The ideal candidate will have past Palliative experience, with a focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction, and will display exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff. The provider will need to work collaboratively with a physician to coordinate and deliver the highest quality of patient care. Requirements
- Past Palliative experience
- Focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff
- Master's Degree
- Physician Assistant Certified (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Nationally Recognized Certification
- Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association
