About The Position

The Recruiter 2 is responsible for the full-life cycle recruitment process, including the development and execution of talent attraction, sourcing, assessment, selection, and talent acquisition strategies for high quality candidates. This applies to external and/or internal candidates for all entry to mid-level positions such as: sales, experienced professional/technical, IT, support staff, hourly, and supervisory or management. The Recruiter will also need to know how and when to leverage the services of employment agencies, and ad placement with appropriate online, Internet and print media sources. They may also be involved with recruitment from colleges, technical schools and job fairs as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment across a variety of functions and levels in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships with stakeholders at all levels and influence hiring decisions through data, insight, and credibility.
  • Advanced knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Boolean search methods.
  • Solid understanding of employment laws, compliance regulations, and recruiting ethics
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive presence and business acumen
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and continuous process improvement
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with agility and attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to act as a change agent within Talent Acquisition.
  • 4-8 years of progressive experience in full cycle recruiting for non-technical and technical jobs
  • Bachelors’ Degree in Business or Human Resources or 4+ years of related corporate or agency recruiting experience

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive and innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging job boards, digital platforms, industry events, and partnerships with universities, professional organizations, and community networks.
  • Ensure compliance and accuracy with all requisition data, job descriptions, and hiring records within the ATS, including adherence to EEO, FLSA, and internal governance standards.
  • Drive candidate attraction by optimizing job advertisement strategies across various digital channels, social media, and industry networks to reach passive and active talent.
  • Conduct competency-based interviews and provide consultative recommendations to hiring managers based on deep understanding of job requirements and candidate potential.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics and hiring data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for process optimization.
  • Present insights and actionable recommendations to HR leadership and stakeholders.
  • Help implement plans to meet hiring targets and KPIs, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure data integrity throughout all phases of the recruitment process in compliance with internal policies and applicable labor regulations.
  • Partner with Compensation and Total Rewards teams to advise on competitive job offers and promote employer brand through compelling communication of company culture, benefits, and growth opportunities.
  • Stay abreast of labor market trends, evolving talent acquisition technologies, and industry best practices to enhance recruiting effectiveness.
  • Coach and provide mentorship to junior recruiting team members when appropriate and serve as a point of escalation for complex hiring scenarios.
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at improving TA operations, candidate experience, employer branding, DEI initiatives, and hiring manager training programs.
  • Seek and suggest continuous improvements
  • Participate in additional activities/projects that will enhance the Talent Acquisition function and other areas of the company
