About The Position
Crowley RV is seeking a motivated and skilled RV Technician to join its growing service department in Bristol, Connecticut. The technician diagnoses and repairs recreational vehicle systems and completes maintenance and repair work while delivering exceptional customer service. Pay is $25.00–$40.00 per hour, based on experience, certifications, and qualifications. Crowley RV describes itself as a stable, family-owned organization and an equal opportunity employer.
Requirements
- Ability to diagnose electrical and mechanical issues.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Nice To Haves
- RV technician experience is preferred.
- Experience repairing automotive, marine, powersports, truck, or construction equipment will be considered.
- RVTI certification is a plus but is not required.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair RV electrical, plumbing, HVAC, propane, appliance, slide-out, and leveling systems.
- Perform pre-delivery inspections and customer orientation walkthroughs.
- Complete maintenance and repair work efficiently and accurately.
- Document repairs, parts usage, and labor operations.
- Follow manufacturer, safety, and dealership procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Communicate repair status and recommendations to service advisors and management.
