About The Position
FlipStar Gymnastics Academy is hiring Recreational Gymnastics and Tumbling Coaches to join their team. This role is suitable for motivated high school students seeking their first job or experienced recreational coaches looking for a well-organized gym. The academy focuses on building professionalism, leadership skills, communication, and responsibility in new coaches, preparing them for college and future careers. For experienced coaches, FlipStar offers a structured system for confident coaching, clear pathways to lead classes quickly, and opportunities for advancement within the organization. The recreational program is structured and well-supported, allowing coaches to focus on teaching and leading classes in a well-run facility. Most coaches stay with FlipStar for multiple years due to the culture, support, and structure.
Requirements
- Must be 16 years or older
- Energy, reliability, and a great attitude
- Minimum 2 shifts per week depending on availability
Nice To Haves
- Experience is preferred but not required. We will train the right person.
Responsibilities
- Coach Recreational Gymnastics and/or Tumbling and/or Ninja classes
- Create a fun, safe, and structured class environment
- Support athlete confidence and skill progression
- Represent FlipStar professionally with athletes and families
