Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Perform all opening/closing procedures affiliated with the lodge, including walking the facility for safety and maintenance, checking pool and spa temperatures, and completing checklists.
  • Provide customer service to homeowners/guests by greeting them, enforcing rules, answering questions, handling issues, and managing sign-in logs.
  • Maintain the front desk's neatness and tidiness.
  • Perform basic office duties such as photocopying, filing, faxing, typing, and record keeping.
  • Obtain necessary forms from new homeowners to issue fob access.
  • Prepare and distribute incident reports.
  • Enforce pool and spa rules.
  • Keep all rooms and outdoor recreation areas neat and clean.
  • Check out sports equipment.
  • Perform room set-ups/take-downs for events, clubs, and committees.
  • Assist the Activities Director with events, excursions, and reservations.
  • Handle sign-ups for events, classes, and excursions.
  • Maintain company-provided courses and certification for CPR and First Aid.
  • Cover shifts when needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to ensure a smooth operation.
