Reporting to the Senior Manager, you will be expected to work collaboratively within an inpatient interprofessional team setting. You will be expected to promote holistic leisure activities tailored to older adults by developing and implementing activities that address clients’ social, physical, spiritual, emotional and cognitive needs. Your target client population will be 65 years of age and older with mental health and addiction issues, usually with co-occurring medical issues.
