Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid state driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work evening and weekend hours.

• Experience in coaching, mentoring, or youth development.

Responsibilities

• Design and run engaging recreational programs for diverse groups.
• Hire, train, and manage recreation staff and volunteers.
• Plan high-energy special events and community outreach projects.
• Maintain a welcoming, inclusive, and safe environment.
• Oversee budgets, activity equipment, and program inventory.
• Collect feedback to constantly improve and upgrade your programs.
