This role provides essential administrative support to the Golf, Spa, and Tennis leadership teams. The coordinator will manage calendars, communications, prepare various documents, maintain records, and assist with operational tasks such as payroll and invoice reconciliation. The position also involves supporting associate engagement, training, and departmental events, as well as managing office supplies and responding to inquiries with excellent customer service. Additional administrative duties may be assigned to support overall Recreation operations.
