As a Recreational Coordinator, you are responsible for ensuring a positive relationship between the site and the community at large. You will arrange and coordinate education and outreach activities for the residents. Additionally, you will manage all aspects of the volunteer program, including fundraising initiatives and labor utilization. Your responsibilities include developing, implementing, and evaluating social and recreational programs within the retirement community, and reaching out to local community members to recruit pay-for-service participants. Moreover, you manage confidential clerical and administrative functions, take charge of marketing and execution.
