Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 1–3 years of experience with at-risk youth
- Strong communication skills
- Valid MI Driver’s License
- Ability to pass background checks

- Design and lead engaging recreational activities

- Adapt programming to youth needs
- Support treatment goals
- Engage and supervise youth
