Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous cash handling experience is preferred
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for guests
Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
Process cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
Provide information about recreational activities, programs, and amenities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station
Assist guests with inquiries, resolve issues, and offer personalized recommendations
Collaborate with the recreation team to ensure a seamless guest experience
Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking merchandise
Adhere to cash handling procedures and maintain confidentiality
