About The Position

This position involves customer service and working with children, assisting with resort activities such as kids' club, kids' night outs, tie-dye, crafts, games, and family activities. The role requires creating a fun and invigorating environment, leading activities, and ensuring rules and regulations are followed. The attendant is responsible for supervising children, setting up and breaking down crafts and activities, and maintaining an inventory of equipment.

Requirements

Enjoy customer service and working with children
High-energy, fun, organized individual
CPR, First Aid, AED Certified
Ability to work with minimum supervision and a high degree of autonomy

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in experience

Responsibilities

Supervise Children
Create a fun, invigorating, safe environment for staff and children
Help set up, break down, and prepare crafts and activities for the day
Be able to be left alone with up to 5 children at a time
Enforce all rules for employees and guests
Be versatile and assist with all activities, events, and kids programs
Ensure organization and maintain an inventory of all crafts, games, and equipment
Perform First Aid to children
Assist Adventure Cove attendants with various items when needed
Perform duties as a beach attendant, poolside service, or Concierge
Lift up to 50lbs
