About The Position

The Recreation Attendant is responsible for providing courteous recreation services to guests and works to maintain the pool and recreation complex and spa facilities. This role involves greeting guests, delivering high-quality services, ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the pool area, and adhering to all Gaming Commission Regulations and departmental policies. The position is located near the Casino Floor in a fast-paced, guest-smoking environment with constant exposure to the public and excessive noise.

Requirements

  • Must possess exceptional guest service skills
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and other team members
  • Must possess an outgoing personality, upbeat attitude, and be task oriented
  • Must be able to work in various conditions
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Candidates must obtain gaming licensure by successfully completing a background check with Seminole Gaming Compliance and Regulations, prior to beginning employment. These background checks may include, but are not limited to: Credit Check, Criminal Background Check, Drug Screen.

Responsibilities

  • Greet all guests entering and leaving the pool area
  • Delivers outstanding Guest service while providing high quality nail services in accordance with established company procedures
  • Constant walk-through of pool area to ensure it is clean and organized
  • Inspects entire pool area; notifying management of any issues that need to be corrected
  • Conducts themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned
