About The Position
Chantilly Heights is looking for a vibrant and energetic Recreation Aide to join our team! This position is full time and would require flexible hours with weekend availability!
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
Nice To Haves
- Experience with seniors is a plus
- Responsible, dependable, and enjoys leading group activities
Responsibilities
- Interact with residents and understand their needs and limitations with respect and empathy
- Lead and engage in diverse activities that cater to a wide range of interest and abilities
- Encourage the participation and social interaction of residents during group activities
- Monitor the outcome of an activity ensuring positive feedback and engagement
- Provide individual attention to residents based upon his or her needs or interest
