About The Position

We are looking to fill multiple shifts for our Patient Care Aide role at our Chantilly Heights Memory Care in Chantilly, VA. Our PCA's provide supervision and assistance in such a way that our residents feel they are genuinely cared for.

Requirements

• Ability to provide care, supervision and assistance to residents in accordance with state regulations and company policies and procedures.
• Ability to receive and give shift report for assigned residents to charge person.
• Ability to change linens, collect soiled linens and distribute clean linens as required.
• Ability to assist residents in maintaining their room, bathroom and personal belongings in a clean and orderly manner.
• Ability to provide direction and assistance with personal care functions including grooming, haircare, shaving, nail care, teeth and mouth care, dressing, bathing, toileting, walking and transfers, and eating.
• Ability to take and record weights as directed.
