Recreation Aid (Bowling)
About The Position
This position is assigned to the Strike Zone Bowling Alley at Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas. The schedule may range from a guaranteed minimum of 0 hours to a maximum of 40 hours per week. The Recreation Aid operates the bowling alley counter, including assigning lanes, renting shoes, and selling merchandise. The position collects payments for bowling, locker and shoe rentals, and merchandise; maintains adequate sanitation and cleanliness; and ensures applicable fire and safety regulations are enforced. The incumbent receives training and instruction on Bowling Facility operating procedures and policies.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be a U.S. citizen or a non-U.S. citizen with at least three years of U.S. residency.
- Have experience handling cash accountability and dealing with patrons in a fund-generated establishment.
- Complete a background investigation with favorable results.
- Male applicants born after December 31, 1959, must be registered for Selective Service.
- Use direct deposit and satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Satisfactorily meet pre-employment requirements before entering on duty.
Responsibilities

- Maintain adequate sanitation and cleanliness of the Bowling Facility.
