Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Valid in-state driver's license required and must meet Company insurability requirements
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

Nice To Haves

Experience working with youth, recreation, athletics, or group activities preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead activities and engage students in a positive manner

Responsibilities

Assist with coordinating a wide variety of recreational and leadership activities
Promote student engagement, health, wellness, and positive social interaction
Support evening programming in partnership with CPP and Social Development teams
Coordinate activities with community organizations and local resources
Monitor recreation areas and ensure student safety during activities
Track student participation and maintain accountability records
Maintain recreation equipment, supplies, and facilities
Help create a fun, welcoming, and structured environment for students
Mentor students and model Career Success Standards
Support student leadership opportunities and recreation aide programs
