About The Position

Change Grow Live is a charity dedicated to helping people change the direction of their lives, grow as individuals, and live life to its full potential. The purpose of this role is to provide a wide range of opportunities to service users affected by substance use. This is a permanent, full-time position (37.5 hours per week) based in Peterborough.

Requirements

• Prior knowledge and experience of providing interventions for service users affected by drug and alcohol use.
• Knowledge of safeguarding issues and vulnerable adult procedures.
• Experience of engaging with a wide variety of individuals.
• Knowledge of local services including mutual aid networks and partner agencies.
• Ability to critically reflect and evaluate interventions and service delivery, identifying areas for development.
• Experience of contributing to project development.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver specific interventions designed to reduce the harm caused by drug and alcohol use.
• Developing pathways and joint working initiatives with partner agencies.
• Increasing the number of individuals accessing treatment.
• Increasing the number of individuals successfully completing treatment.
• Supporting the Recovery Hub and case manage clients who are in recovery.
