The role requires adherence to policies set by the Board of Directors and supervisors, as well as compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those from the Kansas Department of Aging & Disability Services, Community Services & Programs Division standards, local city codes, and various contractual agreements (e.g., KDOC, SB123). Key duties include client supervision, charting client behavior, performing clerical tasks, ensuring security, managing urinalysis testing paperwork, and assisting clinical staff as needed.
