About The Position

The Recovery Specialist will utilize advanced skip-tracing techniques to establish customer contact and locate collateral using all company tools and data sources. This role involves identifying accounts that require legal action and handling inbound and outbound debt collection calls in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The specialist must adapt quickly to the needs of a growing company and comply with all State/Federal Laws and company policies regarding skip tracing to locate assets or information.

Requirements

• 1 year of relative experience preferred
• Effective communication skills
• Time management skills
• Follow written and/or verbal instructions
• Possess strong problem solving and negotiations skills
• Ability to display a high level of personal accountability and ownership of work performed
• Ability to thrive in a "team first" rather than a "me first" environment
• Proficient with Google Suites
• Be in good standing
