About The Position
Granite Pathways, founded in 2009, is a grass-roots initiative that introduced the “clubhouse” model in New Hampshire. This evidence-based, self-help community is aimed at eliminating isolation and providing hope, dignity, and recovery options for adults with mental illness. Today, Granite Pathways is a multi-faceted, statewide organization that provides an array of services for those struggling with mental illness or substance use disorders. In 2016, Granite Pathways joined The Fedcap Group. Our mission is to support individuals with substance use disorders and mental illness in achieving their life goals as valued members of their community.
