Recovery Specialist, Value Recovery

AmazonGreencastle, PA
$62,600 - $109,600Onsite

About The Position

This role is part of the Value Recovery team and will work closely alongside the NPI Coordinator and other team members to ensure recovery opportunities are comprehensively identified and addressed. This individual will be embedded within RRL and third-party processing operations — they will spend much of their time on the production floor observing processes, inspecting output streams, and identifying opportunities to pull material up the recovery funnel. This is a hands-on, investigative role — the successful candidate will actively challenge existing disposition decisions, question established approaches, and look for value that others may have overlooked. Their findings and recommendations will feed into the broader value recovery strategy owned by the NPI Coordinator. re:Cycle Reverse Logistics is an electronics processing, reuse, and recycling company that works to extend the life of used electronic equipment with a specialization in the handling of valuable electronic hardware used in data centers. We are a stand-alone company within the Amazon corporate family. We are looking for a hands-on, inquisitive, and detail-oriented individual to join our Value Recovery team and work directly within our processing operations — identifying value recovery opportunities that are being missed in day-to-day production. This person should not be afraid to question existing approaches and dig deeper to find hidden value.

  • Strong attention to detail and a naturally inquisitive mindset — willing to question the status quo
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on, production floor environment
  • Effective communicator — able to clearly articulate findings and recommendations to colleagues
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and collaborating closely with operations teams
  • Experience working in a fast-paced global company, collaborating across geographies and business functions
  • Adaptable and willing to take on a variety of work as the role and programme develop
