About The Position
Recovery Services Supervisor Full-Time, Exempt. This role involves providing daily program operations and case management for participants in Phase 1, Phase 2, and Sober Living. The supervisor will also offer support to alumni, maintain updated alumni contact information, and plan alumni activities. Additionally, the role includes training and supervising Case Manager I and peer mentors, facilitating morning meetings, maintaining customer case records, and coordinating services for customers.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-year supervisory experience in the social service/ mental health field.
- Experience and training in substance use disorders.
Nice To Haves
- BS/BA in social service field/mental health field preferred.
- Some college course and/or Peer Support Specialist Certification with lived experience will be considered.
Responsibilities
