The primary responsibility for this position is to provide comprehensive and complex Case management for justice-involved program participants by coordinating services that include evidence-based opioid use disorder treatment, substance use disorder treatment, and mental health treatment linkage to care, such as transportation, employment, and housing assistance. Assesses candidates to determine eligibility and completion of intake interviews on new participants, advocates for necessary services, attends court sessions, facilitates pre-court staff meetings, and works closely with multi-disciplinary team to assist with decision-making.
