Requirements

Must be a sober person in recovery for at least 18 months, actively participating in a recovery program through sponsorship, meetings, and other recovery-related activities.
A minimum of 1 year in inpatient, residential, outpatient, or mental health care settings.
A deep understanding of the twelve steps, spiritual principles of recovery, and emotional sobriety are essential.
Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are crucial for effective client interaction and collaboration with the team.
Basic computer and technology skills are necessary for managing client documentation and communication.
All new hires must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test.

Experience with clinical and case management is highly valued.

Responsibilities

Engage in one-on-one and group support sessions, helping clients set and achieve their recovery goals.
Be the trusted advisor available to clients at any time, whether by phone, in-person, or through other means of communication.
Work closely with a dedicated clinical team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
Lead clients through step work and goal setting, focusing on their mental, emotional, and spiritual growth.
Be a first responder in times of crisis, providing immediate assistance and thoughtful consultation to ensure clients' safety and well-being.
Organize and implement monthly recreational and service activities.
Operate within the highest ethical standards, ensuring all interactions and responsibilities are conducted with integrity and respect.
