About The Position

The Crestwood Fallbrook Healing Center is a Mental Health Rehabilitation Center (MHRC) located in Northern San Diego County, in Fallbrook. They achieve successful reintegration through various modalities including classes, therapy, community service, and peer mentorship.
Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma/GED
- A compassionate mindset toward those who are in recovery
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the provision of the therapeutic milieu by monitoring and communicating with persons served
- Providing rehabilitation groups under supervision
- Assisting in crisis intervention
- Performing other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing, the Program Director, or a designee
