HealthRIGHT 360 is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing accessible healthcare to vulnerable populations, aiming to overcome systemic barriers and promote health equity. The organization offers a comprehensive range of services including mental health care, substance use treatment, and primary health services, along with transitional support for individuals re-entering the community. The 214 Men’s Residential Step Down (MRSD) program, located in San Francisco's Alamo Square, is a 64-bed transitional housing facility for men who have completed at least 30 days of residential substance use disorder treatment. MRSD supports clients in their sobriety journey by providing temporary housing and a supportive recovery environment. Recovery Coaches are integral to this process, responsible for assessing client needs and strengths, providing individual coaching and case management, and ensuring the safety and security of the facility and its residents through regular house runs. They play a crucial role in facilitating client recovery by connecting them to resources, intervening in crises, and maintaining effective communication within the interdisciplinary team.
