About The Position

HealthRIGHT 360 is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing accessible healthcare to vulnerable populations, aiming to overcome systemic barriers and promote health equity. The organization offers a comprehensive range of services, including mental health care, substance use treatment (residential and outpatient), and primary health services. They also support individuals transitioning back into the community after incarceration. By integrating physical and behavioral health, HealthRIGHT 360 empowers individuals through addressing social determinants of health, fostering resilience, and facilitating recovery. The Treasure Island Residential Step Down (RSD) program serves beneficiaries transitioning from inpatient/residential substance use disorder treatment. Clients must be actively engaged in outpatient treatment (OP, IOP, OTP, or Outpatient Withdrawal Management). RSD offers a temporary, drug and alcohol-free environment for residents actively participating in off-site outpatient SUD treatment. The Recovery Coach plays a crucial role in assessing client needs and strengths to support their health and recovery journey. Through individual coaching and case management, they help clients navigate systems of care and provide a supportive recovery environment. Recovery Coaches are also responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the program and its residents through regular house checks, while fostering a supportive atmosphere.
