Plans, directs and coordinates Recover Center staff to meet specific needs, interests and abilities of clients at KCPC. Consults Director of Recover Services and other personnel in planning recovery center programs for all residents. Conducts formal evaluations of employees. Prepares timekeeping and payroll data. Conducts and attends departmental and professional meetings. This position is required to adhere to time and attendance policies including inclement weather practices. This position is deemed essential and has been designated for mandatory operations by the Appointing Authority; therefore, the staff member is not eligible for Adverse Weather Leave.
