This per diem, second shift position involves supporting patients through various stages of their recovery journey. The role requires assisting with admissions, transfers, and discharges, conducting searches, facilitating patient orientation, and organizing patient movement for appointments and activities. The Recovery Advocate will also monitor patient behavior, assist with clinical teams, de-escalate situations, and educate patients on coping skills. This role is crucial in maintaining a safe and supportive environment, ensuring patient attendance at programming, and documenting patient progress and behavior in the electronic medical record. The position requires adherence to all federal, state, and company policies regarding ethical standards and patient care.
