This is a per diem, overnight shift position for a Recovery Advocate. The role involves supporting patients throughout their recovery journey, assisting with admissions, transfers, and discharges, and monitoring patient behavior. The advocate will also help organize patient movement, accompany patients to appointments and activities, and educate them on recovery-oriented skills. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, proficient computer skills, and a basic understanding of substance use disorders and recovery program philosophies. The advocate must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license with at least 5 years of driving experience. Experience working with the respective populations and 2 years of continuous sobriety (if in recovery) are preferred. This is a safety-sensitive position.
