About The Position

Munk Orthodontics is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Records Technician to join their thriving practice. This role involves creating exceptional patient experiences, capturing high-quality diagnostic records, and supporting ongoing patient care. The position requires commuting to three practice locations: Clarkston, Oxford, and Davison. Responsibilities

Greet new patients, provide a friendly tour of the clinic, and gather essential medical and dental information to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Take digital x-rays, intraoral and extraoral photos, scans, and wax bite registrations to support accurate treatment planning.
Prepare and maintain records for existing patients, and ensure all materials are ready for lab submission or internal use.
Restock supplies, disinfect equipment, and prepare deband kits, diplomas, and wax bites to keep the space efficient and welcoming.
Participate in staff meetings, assist with tasks assigned by the orthodontist, and contribute to a respectful, team-oriented environment built on trust and cooperation.
