About The Position

Process grade changes and update student academic records. Complete registration adjustments in a timely manner. Provide excellent customer service to students, faculty and staff in person, on the phone or via email. Assist with midterm and final grade entry and end of term grade processing. Support the Office of the Registrar in the effort to digitize student records while maintaining accurate student records. Process name and address changes. Other duties as assigned.
