The Records and Documents Manager will provide a full range of Federal and State records and documents management and analysis support functions to our government client. The primary areas of responsibilities are Records and Documents Maintenance, Correspondence and File Plan Development, and Electronic Records Disposition through Electronic Records Archive (ERA). This position collects, maintains and distributes all documents and correspondence necessary to support the Environmental Restoration Branch of the Environmental Management Division. This position controls these documents and correspondence to ensure conformance to customer requirements and utilizes and maintains a comprehensive filing system and computer database for all documents to be retained in the document control center. They will also manage the operation of the document control center to ensure that all users have the latest revision of appropriate documentation in a timely manner.
