The Records Analyst will support DISA's Records and Information Management (RIM) program at Fort Meade, Maryland. Working under the direction of the Senior Records Manager, this individual performs the day-to-day analytical and operational work of the records management program -- supporting records inventories, disposition activities, compliance documentation, and the agency's ongoing transition to a fully electronic records environment. The Records Analyst applies solid working knowledge of federal records and information management practices to execute file plans, maintain records repositories, and assist with the modernization of records disposition schedules for both physical and electronic records. This role directly supports compliance with National Archives regulations and DoD records management policy through accurate documentation, tracking, and reporting. Operating in a secure, mission-critical environment, the successful candidate combines analytical attention to detail with reliable execution -- supporting SOP development, records processing, training delivery, and program assessments while ensuring quality and timeliness across all assigned tasks. This is a full-time, on-site position based at DISA Headquarters, Fort Meade, Maryland, with occasional travel to NARA Archives II in College Park, Maryland. An active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and U.S. citizenship are required.
