Requirements

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 years medical device sales experience, preferably within orthopaedics
Demonstrated success selling and converting business at surgeon and hospital level
Strong relationship building skills with surgeons, KOLs and hospital stakeholders
Ability to work independently, manage a territory strategically and deliver results

Nice To Haves

Experience mentoring or supporting other sales professionals is preferred

Responsibilities

Acting as a technical consultant for the Orthopaedic Reconstruction portfolio, specialising in total joint reconstruction
Converting new and existing accounts through effective sales calls, in service support and operating room case coverage
Training and educating surgeons and clinical teams on Smith+Nephew products, technologies and programs
Building strong partnerships with orthopaedic and podiatric surgeons, hospitals, OR staff, SPD teams and administrators
Driving adoption of innovative solutions including the CORI robotic surgical and navigation system
Developing and executing a territory business plan to grow revenue and meet or exceed sales targets
Collaborating cross divisionally with Reconstruction and Sports Medicine partners to uncover growth opportunities
